I decided to make this blog so yall could keep up with me and it would be easier than emailing everyone updates! I am all settled into my apartment in Milan, Italy. That sounds ridiculous I know! Currently I have one class a day that is an Italian language course for 2 1/2 hours a day. It is rather boring because it is very similar to Spanish and I have taken Spanish since I was in middle school. Though it may be boring luckily for me it is quite easy. I received an A on my first test of the semester so that is a good start.
We began our time in Italy at a big fancy hotel called Regina Place on Lake Maggiore in Stresa, Italy. It is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. It is located on the Italian Alps right on the border of Switzerland. Below is a picture of our hotel, the building on the left.
We took a boat tour around the lake to one of the small islands it was breathtaking.
